Privacy Policy

Data Minimization

This application does not require user accounts or names. We follow a 'Privacy by Design' approach where processing occurs locally on your device.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

If you use the app's AI features, the API key you enter is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. You choose the provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Perplexity, or DeepSeek). For all in-app AI features — chart analysis, sound-profile suggestions, the Innovation Lab and the optional spoken voice — your key is sent directly from your browser to the provider you selected, never transmitted to or stored on our servers. The optional Quant Labs feature (our Quant Labs Engine) works differently by design: any AI provider keys you enter there (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, DeepSeek) are kept only in your browser's local storage and, when you run a scan, are sent from your browser to our engine infrastructure and passed straight through to the respective AI provider solely to perform the analysis you requested; there they are processed transiently and immediately discarded, never stored on our side. The only persistent copy is the one in your own browser, which stays under your control and can be deleted by you at any time (or by clearing your browser data).

Third-Party Data Transfer

To provide real-time services, data is transmitted to: Binance API (market data); and the AI provider whose key you supplied (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity or DeepSeek) for AI chart analysis and other AI text features. The spoken price voice uses your device's own built-in text-to-speech and sends no data to us or any third party; only the optional Gemini voice (with your own key) sends that request from your browser to Google. If you use the optional Quant Labs feature, the URL you scan plus your own AI provider keys are additionally processed on our own engine infrastructure and forwarded to the AI providers whose keys you supplied. Your IP address is visible to these providers as part of standard internet communication.

Server-Side Processing

API requests are routed through our infrastructure. Your IP address is processed temporarily in server memory for rate limiting and abuse prevention. IP addresses are not stored in any database and are cleared within 24 hours.

Security & Delivery

We use Cloudflare as a reverse proxy for DDoS protection. Cloudflare processes metadata and IP addresses to filter malicious traffic.

Analytics (Opt-In Only)

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is implemented with Consent Mode v2. No cookies are set unless you give explicit consent via the banner. Without consent, only anonymized, aggregated data is collected.

If you subscribe, only your email address and a timestamp are stored. We use a Double Opt-In procedure. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct or erase your data (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter) — email [email protected]. Even though we store minimal data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
